A Lindisfarne Universal Equatorial Dial was specially commissioned by 
the Royal Astronomical Society as a Millennum Presentation to astronomer 
and TV personality Sir Patrick Moore.  The presentation was made in London on 
13th October 2000 by the President of the Society, Prof.Nigel Weiss.
