The North American Sundial Society Sawyer Dialing Prize was presented to Tony by Fred Sawyer president of the NASS at their conference in Chicago in 2005. The prize was for his dialling work and teaching of others. The beautiful trophy dial was a special edition Spectra Sundial made by Artisan Industrials. While in Chicago Tony visits the Alder Planetarium ( the oldest Planetarium in the United States ) and becomes enmeshed in the Henry Moore Bowstring Equinoctial Dial .
